CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
TBC Solutions maintains a 100% customer satisfaction goal for all of its customers. In order to achieve this goal, TBC Solutions conducts regularly scheduled meetings or teleconferences with the customer to ensure that TBC Solutions has a clear ongoing understanding of the customer requirements and expectations regarding Delivery/Task Order services and/or products. TBC Solutions also conducts a formal client assessment after completion of required services or delivery of products. The purpose of this assessment is to gather information regarding the client’s satisfaction with performance on the Delivery/Task Order and the quality of services performed and/or products delivered. The results of the client assessment are documented and are used by TBC Solutions to measure its overall quality performance and identify areas where quality improvement is required. For Delivery/Task Orders having extended periods of performance, TBC Solutions may conduct one or more interim client assessments in addition to the final assessment. If at any time during the performance of a Delivery/Task Order, TBC Solutions receives a complaint from the customer regarding personnel assigned to the project, or with the quality of ongoing services, TBC Solutions will immediately implement whatever changes are requested by the customer.
