Ms. Cook has 28 years of experience working in the areas of of technical writing, editing, graphics preparation, document layout, Web site content management, and database management. In addition to the current pool of personnel resources, TBC Solutions maintains an active recruitment program that is utilized to obtain additional personnel to fulfill project requirements. This program focuses on the following methods for identification and selection of qualified personnel: (1) evaluation of candidate résumés currently on file, (2) referrals from current employees, (3) solicitation of qualified candidates from employment agencies and organizations, (4) solicitation of qualified candidates through direct advertising, and (5) utilization of current agreements with firms and agencies in the greater Knoxville, Tennessee area for the provision of temporary and full-time writing and editing personnel.
