  • Production of annual Performance and Accountability Reports and associated Performance and Accountability Highlights publications for Federal Agencies, including oversight of the professional printing of these documents.
  • Development and preparation of national strategic plans and initiatives, implementation plans, standard operating procedures, work instructions, guidance documents, and stakeholder presentations related to technical, management, and business processes.
